My name is Sarah Heath and I live in a beautiful area in SW France, a stroke of luck that has given me fluency in French, vegetable-growing skills and zero resistance to cheese.
A university degree in International Hotel Management set me on course for a career never far from the tourism and hospitality sectors. For the past four years, I have worked as Content Editor for a diversity and inclusion consultancy (UK) within these industries, focussing on content creation and copywriting to support organisations in building equitable and inclusive workplaces.
